Arbetsdomstolen har satt vitet till 100 000 kr f\u00f6r varje \u00f6vertr\u00e4delse. F\u00f6rbudet \u00e4r interimistiskt, dvs ett tillf\u00e4lligt f\u00f6rbud som g\u00e4ller fram till dess att tvisten slutligt \u00e4r avgjord eller domstol beslutar n\u00e5got annat.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6retaget bedriver med arbetsgivaren konkurrerande verksamhet. Den f.d. anst\u00e4llde hade, under sin anst\u00e4llning, mailat f\u00f6retagshemlig information (bl.a. mallar, anbud och checklistor) till sin mailadress hos det konkurrerande f\u00f6retaget.<\/p>\n<p>I det aktuella fallet redog\u00f6r Arbetsdomstolen f\u00f6r vad som g\u00e4ller vid angrepp p\u00e5 f\u00f6retagshemligheter. Hela r\u00e4ttsfallet kan l\u00e4sas h\u00e4r:<span style=\"color: #800080;\"> <a style=\"color: #800080;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.arbetsdomstolen.se\/upload\/pdf\/2020\/21-20.pdf\">http:\/\/www.arbetsdomstolen.se\/upload\/pdf\/2020\/21-20.pdf<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag mycket viktigt att skydda sina f\u00f6retagshemligheter mot angrepp fr\u00e5n anst\u00e4llda och konkurrenter. Det finns ett skydd i lagen om f\u00f6retagshemligheter. D\u00e4rut\u00f6ver kan arbetsgivare \u00e4ven f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka skydda sig genom bl.a. sekretessklausuler och konkurrensf\u00f6rbud i avtal med de anst\u00e4llda.
