I enkla aff\u00e4rsuppl\u00e4gg \u00e4r l\u00e5nef\u00f6rbudet ofta inte till\u00e4mpligt men kan vara det i mer komplicerade uppl\u00e4gg.<\/li>\n<li>Digital signering kan anv\u00e4ndas p\u00e5 s\u00e4ljarreverser. Det \u00e4r fastslaget i praxis att skuldebrevslagen kan till\u00e4mpas teknikneutralt och att elektroniska dokument kan utg\u00f6ra ett skuldebrev.
