Ann Marcus Pedersén

Ann is a commercial lawyer and one of the founders of ProLegal. She has more than 20 years of experience in commercial law and primarily works with commercial agreements, often in the role of external legal counsel on a consultancy basis. Ann has previously worked as in-house counsel within the Skandia Group and as an associate at a leading law firm.

At ProLegal, Ann provides ongoing legal advisory services to management teams and also works as interim legal counsel within in-house legal departments. Her work mainly involves contract negotiations and legal support in commercial matters. Over the years, she has worked with clients including Volvo Group, BNP Paribas Cardif and Göteborg Energi.
Ann enjoys working closely with people and is appreciated for her personal and straightforward approach. She quickly familiarises herself with new businesses and often becomes a natural part of the team in her assignments.
