Our ways of working
External Legal Counsel
We act as external legal counsel. This means we can either serve as your sole legal function or complement your existing legal team. We work independently from day one and quickly gain an understanding of your business and way of working. The setup is tailored to your company’s needs and may vary over time, both in terms of scope and number of lawyers.

Interim Assignments
We take on interim assignments when an organisation needs temporary reinforcement, for example during sick leave, parental leave, peak workloads or recruitment processes. Our lawyers can quickly step into a new environment and deliver from day one. As we are a team of lawyers, we can also support each other in assignments and ensure continuity when needed.

Specific Matters
We assist with specific commercial legal matters, such as contract reviews, corporate law, transactions, compliance, HR matters and real estate transactions. An assignment may be a one-off engagement or the starting point for a longer collaboration. We focus on solutions that are clear and directly applicable to your business.

The way we work together depends on your needs and preferences. We offer flexible arrangements, both on-site and remotely – by the hour, by the day or on a subscription basis.
