Fredrik has worked as a commercial lawyer for more than 20 years, initially at one of Sweden’s leading law firms and later as in-house counsel and General Counsel for over a decade. Since 2016, he has been working as a commercial legal consultant. With a strong interest in technology, Fredrik has naturally specialised in the IT & telecom sector. He also works broadly within commercial contract law as well as corporate and capital markets law across a variety of industries.

Fredrik primarily works as a form of external legal counsel for clients that are not large enough to justify an in-house legal department of their own, or for companies requiring additional legal expertise or capacity. He also acts as board secretary for certain clients and, in that role, participates in ongoing board work and is responsible for corporate formalities.
As a former in-house counsel, Fredrik is always attentive to the commercial aspects of contract negotiations and focuses on solving issues proactively rather than creating unnecessary complexity.
