Ella Näslund
Commercial Lawyer
Ella assists companies in a wide range of commercial legal matters and is frequently engaged as external legal counsel or interim legal counsel on a consultancy basis. She has worked with clients including Platzer Fastigheter, Skogssällskapet and Volvo Group. Through her work, she has gained broad experience across several areas of commercial law, with particular focus on corporate law, compliance, and the review and drafting of commercial agreements.

Ella holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. During her studies, she completed an exchange semester at Bocconi University in Milan, where she studied EU law, IT law and AI-related legal issues.
During her studies, Ella also worked as a summer clerk and student assistant at the Administrative Court in Gothenburg, gaining experience in administrative law and court proceedings.
Ella is a team player who enjoys working closely with both clients and colleagues and is appreciated for her dedicated, positive and solution-oriented approach.
