After six years at commercial law firms and two years working within the general courts, Sofia has built broad experience within commercial law. She primarily works with reviewing, drafting and negotiating various types of commercial agreements, as well as corporate law matters.

Sofia has worked with clients ranging from newly established owner-managed companies to international groups, including Volvo Group, and also has personal experience of running a business.
She has a strong interest in both law and business. In her role as a commercial lawyer, Sofia believes in avoiding unnecessary complexity and always works with a focus on practical, well-considered and commercially useful solutions.
