The Company’s Different Phases

We assist companies throughout the entire corporate lifecycle – from incorporation and day-to-day corporate administration to restructuring and liquidation. We also advise on share issues, mergers, and other structural changes.

Owners, Board Members and Management

We support owners and management teams in matters relating to liability, authority and corporate governance. This includes, among other things, drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements and partnership agreements, as well as advising on the roles and responsibilities of the board of directors and the managing director. We also participate in board-related work, for example in the role of board secretary.

Corporate Formalities and Shareholders’ Meetings
We manage corporate formalities and assist with annual and extraordinary shareholders’ meetings, including notices, minutes and other related documentation. We also act as chairperson or secretary at shareholders’ meetings.

Communication with Regulatory Authorities

We assist companies in matters involving regulatory authorities such as the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
