Within real estate and environmental law, Olivia assists clients in matters relating to, among other things, development agreements, zoning plans, building permits, land permits, protected areas, tenant-owner rights, tenancy law and other rights of use. She also works with matters relating to real estate transactions, contaminated land, and environmental permit and regulatory supervision processes.
