Pernilla assists companies in a wide range of commercial legal matters, with particular focus on corporate law, capital markets law and compliance. She is frequently engaged as external legal counsel or interim legal counsel on a consultancy basis and has worked with clients including Volvo Group and Skogssällskapet.

During her legal studies, Pernilla completed an exchange semester at the University of Technology Sydney, where she studied subjects including economics, business strategy, leadership and marketing. She has previously worked within the public sector, including as a supervisory lawyer at the Swedish Estate Agents Inspectorate.
Pernilla works in a structured and solution-oriented manner and is appreciated for her attentive and positive approach. She enjoys working closely with the business and often becomes a natural part of the team in her assignments.
