With experience from both the judiciary and leading commercial law firms, Olivia brings broad and solid legal expertise. She specialises in real estate and environmental law and also has extensive experience in commercial law more generally, including drafting and reviewing agreements, internal policies and other corporate documentation.
Within real estate and environmental law, she advises on matters such as development agreements, zoning plans, building permits, land-use permits, protected areas, lease agreements and other rights of use, contaminated land, as well as environmental permitting and supervisory processes.
