We are very pleased to welcome Anders Eriksson to ProLegal. Anders joins us from Bolagsrätt Sundsvall and previously spent more than seven years working at a law firm. He has broad experience in corporate law, capital markets law and commercial contracts. Anders advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including restructurings, capital raisings, shareholders’ agreements, incentive programmes and business acquisitions and disposals.
